The start-up enterprise Healthy Toys offers toys for pets made from perfectly harmless materials - namely THERMOLAST^® K compounds from KRAIBURG TPE. These food-grade materials conform to the strict regulations of the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR).

Waldkraiburg, September 2011 The new Healthy Fly frisbees for dogs are pure TPE products. As they are made from THERMOLAST® K compounds produced by KRAIBURG TPE, dog owners can be rest assured that their pet will play with the safest toy there is. The TPE used in this product conforms to the FDA and BfR regulations as well as the requirements of the European Directive 2002/71/EC governing materials that come into direct contact with foodstuff. This food-grade TPE is thus absolutely safe for dogs. In contrast to conventional soft frisbees made in natural rubber, the Healthy Fly toy is made from a material that does not contain any sulphur or cross-linking agents. The toy is thus odour-free and contains no latex, phthalate, PVC of heavy metals. As the TPE is easy to dye, the "Healthy Fly" discs are available in a range of colour combinations. The soft frisbees made from THERMOLAST® K compounds is temperature-resistant and extremely durable, so that your pets can have hours of fun catching, pulling and chewing the toy to its heart's delight. The frisbees float on water and are available in two sizes. Thanks to the flexible TPE material, the risk of injury from the discs is minimal. And if the dog gets thirsty after playing with the frisbee, simply turn the Healthy Fly upside down to use it as a water bowl. Dehner Garten-Center, a company committed to quality, is currently selling the Frisbees for dogs in its pet stores.

The frisbees are manufactured by the specialist company Healthy Toys, a subsidiary of Mues Products & Moulds GmbH with great expertise in the field of plastics technology. Mues Products & Moulds GmbH with headquarters in Rosenheim, Bavaria, has for many years been a leading producer of various plastic products for the medical, automotive and consumer goods sectors. This was confirmed in 2008 in a report by the German Stiftung Öko-Test, a consumer magazine focussing on environmental issues.
