TPEs suitable for food contact comply with CE 10/2011, FDA CRF 21, GB 4806-2016 standards for market in China, EN71 for toy safety. Thermoplastic elastomers for drinking water are meeting international standards such as KTW, W270, ACS, WRAS, KIWA, NSF.

Thermoplastic elastomers with a wide range of hardnesses [VLRH, Shore A, Shore D] for molding and overmolding on most rigid polar thermoplastics [PC, ABS, PMMA, ASA, SAN] as well as polyolefins [PP and PE] and engineering plastics [PA, PBT, PET, POM].

Important is the production of thermoplastic elastomers with recycled content from post industrial (PIR) and post consumer (PCR).

Medical grade TPEs are sterilizable and comply with MDR 2017/745 as well as being ISO 10993 and FDA compliant.

The range is completed by self-extinguishing TPEs for the railway market (UL 94 V0, R22/23 HL3 according to EN 45545-2, GW IT 960° at 2 mm), electrically conductive and thermally conductive TPEs.

The materials are processed by injection molding, extrusion, blow molding.
